The Gicumbi District invites eligible bidders to submit bids for Supply of materials for SP/VUP/cPW/ Road Maintenance of 30 km in Nyankenke Sector as indicated in detail in the statement of requirements.
The tender document may be obtained from the e-procurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw) free of charge. For submission of their bids, all interested bidder must pay non-refundable fee of four thousand five hundred Rwandan francs (4500 frw) paid to the account number: 040-0636217-27 BK or 560114573910155 BPR of RRA decentralized taxes/Gicumbi
Bid Security of 662,049 frw from bank or insurance company for each Lot
Bids must be submitted online to Gicumbi District on e-procurement system ( www.umucyo.gov.rw ) before 09:00 am on 28/09/2020 bids will be opened on 28/09/2020 at 09:30 am
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° N°62/2018 of 25/08/2018 governing Public Procurement.
