Offerors responding to this RFQ must include the following as part of the quotation submission:
• Disclose any close, familial, or financial relationships with SNV or project staff. For example, if an offeror’s cousin is employed by the project, the offeror must state this.
• Disclose any family or financial relationship with other offerors submitting quotations. For example, if the offeror’s father owns a company that is submitting another quotation, the offeror must state this.
• Certify that the prices in the offer have been arrived at independently, without any consultation, communication, or agreement with any other offeror or competitor for the purpose of restricting competition.
• Certify that all information in the quotation and all supporting documentation are authentic and accurate.
• Certify understanding and agreement to SNV’s prohibitions against fraud, bribery, and kickbacks.
• Section 1: Company Description

SNV is a not-for-profit international development organization. Founded in the Netherlands in 1965, SNV has built a long-term, local presence in 30 countries in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Our global team of local and international advisors works with local partners to equip communities, businesses, and organizations with the tools, knowledge, and connections they need to increase their incomes and gain access to basic services, empowering them to break the cycle of poverty, and guide their own development.

Section 2: Objectives of the assignment
SNV Rwanda through its HORTINVEST Project in collaboration with the districts of Muhanga, Karongi, Ngororero, Rutsiro, Nyabihu, and Rubavu have the objective of establishing Nurseries to selected 12 cooperatives with the purpose of increasing fruit and vegetables quality seedlings production in Rwandan as well as improving the use of quality and healthy seedlings for horticultural development. The 12 nurseries will be set up at the cooperative level with 200sqm (usable) per each. The nursery will specifically be of length: 20m, 10 m width and 3 m height. The nurseries must be made of durable wood/timbers to make it environmentally friendly usable and adaptable at the farmer level. This RFQ is divided into 6 lots; interested bidders can submit their offers for one or multiple lots depending on their capacity.
• It is a requirement that all nurseries should be installed at the mentioned cooperative sites for the specified district.
• The financial proposal must include Transport, Labor for installation, Roof Film Plastic Cover with 200 Micro, Side Film Insect Proof Net with 50 Mesh, Timber Post for Vertical top roof, Timber Post for Horizontal Side; Vidange Underground Paint, Film Fixation Nails, Hanging Door Aluminum Hang, Lock, Tables made of wood, 160Trays with 60 Holes 120 kg of Peatmoss. Taxes and all levies’ charges applied
