JOB DETAILS:

Job Description
1. Plan, coordinate and implement procedures
• Assist the Director of Enforcement and Debt Recovery Unit prepare the action and strategic plans and budget for the unit
• Assist the Director of Enforcement and Debt Recovery Unit to determine, plan in the performance of debt recovery unit
2. Prepare and enforce debt recovery for all RSSB defaulters
• Assist the Director of Enforcement and Debt Recovery Unit to visit defaulting employers in a bid to recover pension and medical contributions arrears from both public and private Sector

• Assist the Director of Enforcement and Debt Recovery Unit to prepare and issue of enforcement documents provided by the law e.i (Notices of Assessment, Warning letters and Statements of total amount due)
• Assist the Director of Enforcement and Debt Recovery Unit to conduct a seizure and auctioning of property belonging to defaulting employers
3. Provide accurate and timely reports
• Prepare timely reports on recovery and debt management
• Take up any other assignment and tasks as deemed necessary by the supervisor
