COPEDU PLC is a Public Limited Company licensed by the National Bank of Rwanda to operate as a Microfinance Institution, registered in the office of the Registrar General with Company Code 100544626, P.O. Box 4053 Kigali.
For providing good services to its customers in EXPO 2021, COPEDU PLC wishes to invite all construction companies wishing to submit their bids for construction of a stand for expo 2021 which will take place at GIKONDO from December 9th to December 30th 2021.
The detailed tender document can be obtained during working days from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at COPEDU PLC Headquarters located in KICUKIRO, on the KICUKIRO – RWANDEX main road, after presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10 000 RWF) deposited on the account no 1008020086180 opened in COPEDU PLC.
Well printed offer, correctly bound and presented in three copies (one of them must be original) must reach the Central Secretariat of COPEDU PLC, not later than Tuesday November 23th 2021 at 3:00 p.m. Late offers will be rejected.
The out envelope must clearly indicate the tender title and the number of invitation to tender.
Bids will be opened at the same date Tuesday November 23th 2021 at 3:30 p.m. in the COPEDU PLC’s meeting room and in the presence of tenderers or their representatives.
