GLOBAL COMMODITIES MANAGER (1 POSITION)
We are seeking to hire qualified, dedicated and experienced Rwandan National for the “Global Commodities Manager” position to be based in Kigali, Rwanda.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Global Commodities Manager will provide proactive support to the design and performance of food aid commodities programs, aligning them with the overall objectives and priorities of Food for the Hungry (FH) as well as donor requirements. This role is responsible for the implementation of commodities strategies, policies, procedures and agreements. The Manager will monitor field operations, especially with regard to commodities management and reporting, providing feedback and training as necessary. This position will play a leading role in ensuring FH’s compliance with USAID Regulation 11 (22 CFR 211) and other donor regulations pertaining to commodities management. The position will also represent FH in donor and network engagement to promote the needs of FH commodities operations. The Manager will be accountable to the Sr. Manager, Grants Management and Coordination as a member of the Grants Management & Coordination team (GMT) for all grant-funded commodities programs across FH globally.
MAIN KEY RESULTS
Key Result #1 – Monitor field operations, especially with regard to commodities management and reporting, providing feedback and training as necessary (primarily Title II-funded development and emergency activities).
Key Result #2 – Global Commodity Support and Representation.
