MARKET ANNOUNCEMENT

The management of the Church of Inkurunziza parish of Kirehe, which has a project supported by Compassion International in Rwanda, would like to offer the following source:

236 shoes  for children helped by the project funded by compassion

Contractors who wish to bid for the tender must meet the following requirements:

1. Having a letter of request for a quote addressed to the church administration in support of the current Parish Proforma Invoice for the price of one pair of shoes and the price of all of them.
2. Certificate of non-indebtedness from the National Social Security Board (Rwanda Social Security Board: RSSB)
3. Business license issued by RDB
4. Certificate of No Debt from the National Revenue Agency (RRA)
5. 3 certifications appear to have done such bidding and done it well.
6. Having a bank account in the name of the RDB certificate of the applicant or the applicant company.
7. Photocopy of the ID or Passport of the Company representative.
8. Being an EBM invoice provider.
9. The detailed information about this market can be found in the "dao" found in the project office. It is given to those who have paid ten thousand rupiah (10000 frws) to the account: 100010747281 of the parish of Kirehe in K and it is necessary to visit the sample at the project during working hours. so that they know the quality we want to give to children

The general acceptance and opening of the tender documents is on 19/03/2024 at four o'clock in the morning ( 10h'00 ) at the project office RW0236 IRAMA located in KIREHE area, GAHARA sector, BUTEZI village, RWAMUZIMA village . 19/03/2024 at four o'clock ( 10h00 ) will not be included in the competition, those who want to bid for the tender should submit the documents requesting the tender by using the following email methods,  projectrw236@gmail.com  and send a copy to eniyonzima@rw.ci.org
