MARKET ADVERTISEMENT FOR BUYING CHILDREN'S SHOES AND CHILDREN

LCR Parish of Kirehe Church located in Kirehe cell, Kirehe sector in Kirehe District, Burasirazaba province is supported by Compassion international through project RW0762 LCR Kirehe wishes to supply, purchase and deliver 259 ADIDAS shoes number before the black (which would be the original shoes). And we also need SASO breeding chickens 2 working chickens and 1 sparrow rooster at least two months old, for each child as you can see we have 259 children. 

All bidders are required to submit the following bid documents:

1. Letter of request for supply addressed to Parish Pastor LCR Kirehe
2. The proforma shows the prices
3. The fact that he has a campaign to address
4. Having an account in a bank with technology And it is in the company's name.
5. Having a TIN number from RRA and VAT
6. The fact that he has a document showing that he has no debt to RRA and RSSB for less than 3 months
7. He has cachet and provides EBM invoices
8. He made 2 local decisions and got the job done right
9. Accepting payment via OP
10. Having a business register issued by the RDB of Business shows that the entrepreneur is already doing this work as a tender.
11. A photocopy of the company's identity card or a copy of the legal identity card.

Note: 

1. Bidding documents will be sent to the emails  rw762krh@gmail.com and  eniyonzima@rw.ci.org from 18/01/2024  to 02/02/2024 at 5:00 p.m., which is when the bidders' letters will be opened. The participants will be notified of the results of the bidding on their email.
2. As you can see in the announcement we have two different items to buy but the contractor is allowed to bid on one or both.
3. The entrepreneur sends his documents to both emails. Whoever sends his documents to one email does not copy the other file.
