TENDER TITLE: PROVISION OF IT-EQUIPMENT AT SOS-CV RWANDA

CLIENT: SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA 

SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA (SOS CV RWANDA hereby invites eligible bidders specialized in IT-related equipment to submit their offers for the tender related to provision of IT-Equipment at SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda for a period of one year renewable twice upon good performance and availability of funds.

Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in this field. The companies must be registered with the Trade Register of the Republic of Rwanda and should not be on the blacklist record of any recognized national or international Institution.

IT-Equipment companies that are interested to bid for this tender should not have any record of litigation and poor performance with SOS Children’s Villages in Rwanda.

Tender Document may be obtained by lodging a request at sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org upon attachment of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 10,000 (Ten thousand Rwandan Francs) paid to the account of SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda account number: 400418314910177 entitled SOS-CV RWANDA TRUST opened in BPR. (No physical documents will be issued).

Well-presented bids, properly organized must be sent to SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA through the e-mail: sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org and copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org not later than 12^th/03/2024, at 5:00 PM local time. Late bids shall be rejected.

Note that, SOS-CV Rwanda has a right to award a tender to more than one bidder
