Renovation, upgrading and exterior designing of the of basketball, football and volleyball play grounds in Nyamasheke
Supply of office furniture for offices at district level in each district including laptops, office tables and chairs, printers and extension cables

o Youth spaces at the health centers in Mutuntu, Twumba, Murambi, Ruganda, Rubengera, Mubuga - external designing including painting (6 meeting room around 25m2), repairs of floors and ceilings, installation of curtains, as well as TV and sound system cages as necessary.

o Youth spaces in Bugarama, Nkungu, Nyakabuye, Bweyeye, Butare, Gikundamvura - supply of furniture including plastic 150 plastic chairs, 6 tables, and sideboards; external designing including painting such as flat screens (6 meeting room), 6 sound systems, 12 ventilator fans, and extension cables.
• Office furniture and appliances: 6 office tables and chairs, 6 laptops, 1 printer, 1 extension cable

Pertinent information:
• Previous experience providing a similar service (Recommendation letter at least three from year 2019 up to now).
• Provide a list of three (3) references with contact numbers and email addresses.
• Provide a company profile with at least three (3) top management personnel,
• Having worked with Swiss TPH previously is an added advantage
• The bids must be sent as one PDF document.
All or None Clause: The Swiss TPH reserves the right to accept the whole offer or to cancel the tender.
