TENDER ADVERT FOR THE SERVICE OF DESIGN, BRANDING AND PRINTING

Nature of the Agreement: Framework Agreement 

SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA hereby invites sealed bids from eligible companies or service providers specialized in design, branding and printing to submit their bids. 

Participation is open and equal to all companies/service providers who fulfils the requirements as set in ToRs and specialized in the field. The companies must be registered with Rwanda Development Board and should not be at the blacklist record of any recognized national or international Institutions. 

The tender is composed of one non-divisible lot and all bids should be submitted online on the below e-mail. (Physical documents are not allowed).

The Terms of References and requirements may be obtained by lodging a request at sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org upon attachment of proof of purchase of tender Terms of References of non-refundable fee of ten thousand (10,000 RWF) paid to the account of SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda account number: 400418314910177 SOS CV RWANDA TRUST ACCOUNT in BPR.

Well-presented bids, properly organised, dated and stamped in one pdf format must be sent to SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA through the e-mail: sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org not later than 19th December 2023 at 9AM local time. Late bids will be rejected. The bidding process shall follow both advert procedures and Terms of References.
