TENDER FOR PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES AT SOS-CV RWANDA

SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA hereby invites eligible and qualified companies

specialized in cleaning services, beautification and gardening to carry out cleaning services.

The tender is open and equal to all companies/service providers at national level who fulfils the requirements as set technically in the standard bidding document specialized in the field. The companies must be registered with Rwanda Development Board or any other authorized institution and should not be at the blacklist record of any other recognized national, regional or international Institutions.

The tender is composed of one non-divisible lot and should be submitted online on the below e-mail. (Physical documents are not allowed). The bids shall be submitted in one e-mail pdf format and on the subject email must be written “Bid submission for the tender of Cleaning services”.

The tender document and other requirements may be obtained by lodging a request at sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org upon attachment of proof of purchase of tender document of non-refundable fee of ten thousand (10,000 RWF) paid on account no: of SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda account number: 400418314910177 SOS CV RWANDA TRUST ACCOUNT in BPR. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA through the e-mails mentioned above.

Well-presented bids, properly organized, dated and stamped in one pdf format must be sent to SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA through the e-mail: sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org not late than 02/02/2024 at 5:00 PM. Late bids will be rejected. The bidding process shall follow both advert procedures and the tender document.

The site visit for the tender of cleaning services is compulsory and the staff representing a company to conduct a site visit must come with a proof indicating that was sent by the authority. The site visit shall take place on the following dates.

Date: 25^th /01/2024-Kayonza and Kigali Locations, Kagugu TVET - School and Gisozi Primary school and the Date: 26^th /01/2024-Byumba and Gikongoro Locations and the visit shall start at 9:30 AM each day.
