Job Summary
To arrange personalised tours, field activities and services for the guests of One&Only Gorillas Nest, through direct co-ordination with other departments and external/ governmental excursion providers. To participate and carry out routine ecological/ conservation work and to act as the primary link between the guest and the excursion providers, being responsible for information delivery to guests with regards to the ecology, history, and cultural heritage of the property and destination. Arranging of daily activities in line with One&Only Gorillas Nest services and functionality, and when needed accompanying guests to excursions and activities..

Skills, Experience & Education Requirements
• Any of the following specialised areas of interest, ability or training would be relevant:
• Knowledge of African and Rwandan flora and fauna, natural history, history and culture.
• Natural Sciences.
• Professional guiding.
• 4WD competency would be an advantage.
• Medium- rigid heavy vehicle driver license or willingness to acquire.
• Additional Requirements
• Fluency in English is essential, any additional languages is preferable.
